This is an exciting new Terrace development comprising a row of 15 townhouses.
These initial 2 homes will be on display for 12 months, but there are 5 town-houses still available to buy off the plan, Ten have already sold, and type A has sold out! Get in quick.
The townhouses are fully clad now in colorbond and galvanised iron, the next two slabs have been poured, and the third is ready for pouring.
We have been given a completion date from builders Marshall Thompson for the 30th April, after which we will be holding a grand opening celebration (on the 6th of May) and having regular open inspections. I will keep you informed of the progress.
The foundations have now been poured for the next two townhouses, lots 107 & 108 and trenches dug for lot 109.
It is a very exciting time, and they look great.
Soon I will be able to post views from the windows to the North and South, and more interior shots.
The landscaping is to be completed outside of the townhouses once construction is complete and no vehicles will need to get through.
The landscaping plan includes fruit and nut trees, and a common lawn area for gathering during the seasonal markets, or social picnics.
